About the piece (By Maayan): When I gave birth to my beloved eldest daughter, the fear of losing what was most precious to me was born as well. When two more sweet girls came along and joined the family, the fear became rooted, stronger and constant.

The Dance piece took inspiration from the "Unetane Tokef" prayer traditionally said on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The music for the performance created specifically for this dance, influenced by melodies and prayers of Yom Kippur.

The piece was premiered as part of the opening night of "Nevi Nevi" ("Between the Heavens and the Land") in cooperation with Menofim, Ha'achim Hasid House, Jerusalem, October 2014.
